Welcome to Impact House

Impact House is prominently located, fronting Croydon flyover (A232) on the southern side of the town centre.

Impact House has undergone extensive refurbishment having been stripped to shell and core, including the addition of three new upper floors. The result is a contemporary, flexible office building which draws on the strength of the original building structure to provide light, usable space, adding complimentary features
as well as achieving a BREEAM very good rating.

Immediately opposite Impact House across the flyover, construction has started on the new civic hub, a 200,000 sq ft facility which will replace the existing Croydon Council offices in Taberner House. This is being delivered by the Croydon Council Urban Regeneration Vehicle (CCURV) along with public realm improvements.
